pictures in a database

How do I add a different picture into individual records
so when I run reports they print out.

I did an OLE field and inserted a picture but it doesn't
seem to "fit" or "size" itself within the field.

Can someone guide me.

You need to go to Properties (in report view) for the field and set whether
you want Zoom, Clip or Stretch

You don't want to embed graphics into a table as this causes
significantly bloating of the database. Frequently about one Mb per
graphic.
