Pictures for Administrators and MyUser

Hi, all

When double-click "User Accounts" on "Control Panel", the pictures for Admin
and users are not displayed properly.

Help much appreciated!

This is a known issue with XPe.
Please check the release notes for more details.

It remains disappeared after I add the component. Only guest account has the
correct picture.
