pictures dont display in email

Since installing XP SP 2, e-mails with pictures don't display at all. No
button to click under security tab on IE 6 to allow this. any ideas are
greatly appreciated.
 
Hi there, I have a similar problem - emails with pictures are opened by
WORDPAD so I get this garbled text in lieu of a picture - let me know if
there is an answer!
 
What are you using to read your e-mail?

Internet Explorer
Outlook
Outlook Express
Other?

I understand that if you are using Internet Explorer to read your
Hotmail e-mail, the problem could be a change made by Hotmail.
