A friend of mine sent me some pictures but when I tried
to view them I get a message that says, "Could not draw
this picture. It may not be recognised by Quick Time for
windows, or you could be low on energy." Well I'm not low
on energy, so what do I need to do to view my pictures?

You need an application that understands the format of the pictures you were
sent. Try IrfanView: http://www.tucows.com/preview/194967.html
