Picture Task Folder - Copy all items to CD prompt Missing

I would love to hear from anyone who could help me restore
the "copy all items to CD" prompt under the Picture Tasks
Folder in "My Pictures" or "My Album" folders. I know
this prompt was there and don't know how or when it was
deleted or removed. Look forward to some help! Thank you.
 
Haven't needed to try this myself but from my notes (no guarantees):

Check to make sure that you CDRW drive is enabled.
Right click on your CDRW drive, select Properties, Recording tab, Enable.

If that is correct, you could try:-
1. Click on Start
2. Click on Run
3. Type the following in the textbox: REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
(Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...)
4. Press Enter.
