Picture quality

When transfering video from camera to computer the picture quality looses its clarity could you tell me if this is supposed to happen.

If you're looking at the image quality of the project in preview mode, it's
320x240 at 15 fps.... when rendered to a saved movie, it'll be the quality
level you select.

Hopefully that's what you are seeing and there's nothing wrong.

problem. The image is crystal clear on the video when played on the TV but
when we play it on the movie maker it loses clarity. Let me know. Thanks!
