picture it publishing

Hope I have hit the right group ! I am trying to create a
Xmas card using Picture It publishing. I want to use a
card that is in their gallery and insert a photo. I can
get the card and put the cut out of the photo on it but
for some reason it won't print the photo along with the
card. It will print text I add but not a photo. Any
Idea's ? I have tried the photo both in the .mix and jpeg
format.
