Am trying to get to the "Picture It Publishing" newsgroup on internet
explorer. I know how to access it on outlook express. I was able to do it a
while back but forgot the exact procedure. Thanks for any helpful advice.

The newsgroup is microsoft.public.pictureit.

Try: news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.pictureit

Best setup a News account in Outlook Express for msnews.microsoft.com and
subscribe the newsgroup.

Just last week you posted here also concerning Picture It and I gave you the link for the Picture it newsgroup. And you posted there right after and John gave you the answer . Always post to the newsgroup that concerns your issue for a quicker solution.
