Picture It Publishing won't download picture

In trying to download from my digital camera using Picture
It! Publishing, I get an error message "Internal Error" in
a window labelled "Image Expert 2000". I can download
successfully using another piece of software (Polaroid),
so it can't be the camera or my connection. I've been able
to use Picture It! in the past for downloading, but now it
won't work. I've tried re-installing, but that didn't help
either. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the helpful articles. Re-installing the camera
software did the job!
