When I try to send a picture through "picture it premium 10" my computer
shuts down and restarts,This also happens when I try to save a picture for
e-mail or web.
I have tried everything I can think of to resolve this issue(reloading
picture it,reloading works suite 2005,etc.).I have also contacted my computer
manufacturer, but to no avail. This is an OEM product that came with the
computer.
All other functions in picture seem to work fine though.
Anyone else have this problem or a possible solution?
Thanks

We need some form of info on the cause. The admin tools/event viewer might
have a message at the time of the shutdown.

Disable automatic restart on system failure (on SP2): Press F8 on restart,
and see the menu item to disable auto restart. Restart, and when the STOP
message appears, record information needed for further troubleshooting.

(non sp2)
Press WinKey-Break,(or start/run 'sysdm.cpl'), click Advanced Tab, Start
Up... area, Settings button, Remove check from "Automatically Restart" On
the next reboot, you will be able to read what caused the restart (when it
errors)
