A resource that works in Access 2000 looks not working in Access 2003

Configuring a field as OLE type in a table and later inserting a picture (employee photo, for example), the image doesn't appear as expected

It appears an icon instead the image

What is the problem? How to solve it

Thanks in advance for your answer

It may be that you don't have a registered OLE server for that file type.
Office 2002 and 2003 did not ship with all the graphics and text filters
that came with earlier versions. So if you didn't upgrade (i.e. installed
new) you may not have the filters. Offfice will recognize 3rd party filters
that are registered. You might also email product support at Microsoft and
ask them for the legacy filter pack.

I think in this case Arvin it is the fact that MS Photo Editor is no
longer include with Office2003. THe OP needs to find the CD for OfficeXp
or 2K and install MS Photo Editor,
:-)
