Picture/Graphic stop from moving

Sometimes when I put a graphic or picture into a Word doc. I want to stay at
that location no matter what happens to the text. Is there a way to place
the graphic and prevent it from moving? Thanks.
 
Change the Picture's Layout attribute to Square or Tight, then goto the
Advanced options and uncheck Move object with text.
