Pics in Text Boxes

Can somebody tell me how to change the word wrapping style so my text will go around my picture in a text box. I've tryed using the Text Wrapping options for the picture but they do not let me select any of them to change it. Please can ANYONE offer some advice??????????
 
On the Layout tab, select any of the options except 'In line with text'. The
wrapping options will then be available.

Unfortunately I can't select anything on the Layout tab, that's the problem. For now I have solved it by putting in another textbox within the existing one, wrapping the words around that and inserting the picture into it. The long way around but it was all I could find to doo.
 
Text can't be wrapped around graphics in text boxes. Text boxes themselves
are already in the drawing layer.
