Picasa Event Id: 1 Error

Hi


Anybody help me?

I installed Picasa Photo software and tried to upload directly from my
pc using its uploading tool. Whenever I tried, I got this message
kindly see in attached photo)

and When I checked Error report, I got this message:

I dont know how to fix. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it
again. but still coming out. Help me plssssssssssssssss.

Picasa Photo crashed.

Second picture.

Picasa crashed and did not send anything worth while to the Event Viewer.

Try uninstallin Picasa Photo and then reinstalling.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times, but it still doesnt work.
I dont wanna format my computer.
I tried to open that crashed picasa dmp file with notepad, but I cant
really figure out what language. Thank for your help and help again to
solve the prblm again.

Download it again. Maybe the download you got was screwed up. It happens.

Thanks for your tip, but it is version 2, it doesnt have directly
uploading tool from picasa.

I m testing its beta version 2.5 with web album.
