This blue screen error has been haunting me the last few
days. I have tried different HD's with XP on it,
different RAM, and the MB and Intel 4 processor were
recently replaced. In addition, if you lose the booklet
that contains your product ID number, is there a way to
contact MS for the number? Thanks!
