photos from snapfish to windows photo gallery

Can someone help me move a photo album I received via email thru snap fish
into windows photo gallery. I got an email from a family member that
contained a photo album which contains 42 photos of my granddaughters
wedding and have been trying for days to move this album or pictures in a
specific folder for Windows Photo Gallery. Could someone please HELP!!!!!!!!

Save the file(s) to a folder and then import them from there.

You don't do it that way.
Windows Photo Gallery will show you images located in certain watched
folders.
The Pictures folder under your user account is watched by default.
Just move or copy the photos into a sub-folder under Pictures, and WPG will
see them.
