photomanager w/Raw support

Hey,

I'm looking for the best photomanager around. It has to be like picasa,
only better :-) Picasa is nice & fancy, but isn't advanced.

A few things i want in a photomanager:
* supports the whole workflow, from import > presentation.
* Integration with jalbum would be good!
* some basic edit functions, or a good cooparation with a choosable
editor
* advanced keywords (not only searching for "cat", but also for "cat
NOT dog")
* Backup of the database (picasa doesn't survive an fresh win-install
well)

And of course, support for Raw (CRW) files :-)
