PhotoGallery? what is this?

Hey guys, everythime I turn on my Pc, Windows tried to Launch a program
called PhotoGallery. I have no idea what program this is, and I really need
to stop my PC from doing this. I'm running Windows XP pro. Thanks
 
see if its in start-> all programs -> startup if so right-click and delete.

If not start-> run -> type in "msconfig" push return. look at starup tab if
in there disable it.
