Well, it depends on what your definition is of a symetry tool.
Photoshop has the ability to create a mirror image of a photo (oth
horizontal as vertical) and add this mirror image to the original image (so
your picture will be doubble in width or height)
If your looking for the definition of the old Mc paint (who mirrored brush
strokes - up to 8 reflections), I have to disapoint you. Though it might be
a nice feature for the Futute (fff?)
