I have a data base that I have used to enter 912 files into but the 913 file
will not except the photo without adding a tag on the bottom, I dont know how
to fix this problem.

I'm trying to make sense of this.

912 "files"? Access stores Tables with records in them, not "files".
"The photo"? You can (with some problems) store images in an Access database,
but Access just treats them as data.
"Tag"? What sort of tag?

I presume you meant "accept" instead of "except".

Please describe the structure of your database, the nature of the files, the
process you're using to enter them, and the nature of the error that you're
getting.
