Photo size in attachments

Outlook Express used to prompt me to reduce the size of my
photos before sending them as attachments. Eversince I
installed Microsoft Office Student Edition, it no longer
does. Is there any way to set it up again so that it
will? I hate having to edit and resize photos manually.
I've tried everything and I feel that it is just a click
away. HELP!!!!
 
I am having the exact same problem with my Student
Edition of Outlook. I can reduce the size of my photos
and send fine with Outlook Express, but my Outlook won't
open and send when I reduce the size. Please help us if
anyone knows whats wrong. Thanks
