photo editor removal from default viewer

Prior to downloading office, I could view my photos in a normal, easy mode that allowed me to scroll between photos. Now this photo editor will not let me do it. How do I restore the old version and remove editor as the default?
 
Right click on one of your photos.
Click on Open with on the opening menu.
Click on Choose program on the opening list
Click on the Photo Editor you want on the opening list and check the box
"Always open....."

In this case, open a photo folder to see the file name.
Click on Tools on the top bar and then on folder options.
A Window will open. Click on the File Types tab.
Navigate down to the file type JPG. Click on the Change button and select
Windows Picture and Fax viewer on the opening list.

installed software for my camera then deleted it and now I can't view photos
that I receive in emails. I am using XP and Outlook 2000.
