do i fix that?
Photo editing is a RAM-hungry application. You don't say how much RAM
is in your computer, but you may need to add some more.
Other than that, look at what else is running in your computer. Shut
down other programs, and look in the Notification Area (the area on
the right end of the task bar, where the clock lives). The tiny icons
there represent programs that are running in your machine and taking
up RAM. Click on them (both left and right) and see whether there's a
menu choice to shut the program down).
One more thing: my wife uses Paint Shop Pro, a very nice graphic
editing program. She's noticed an "insufficient memory" message
occasionally that seems to be caused by a corrupted JPG file - or at
least there's something in the JPG that PSP doesn't like. One of those
was solved by just re-extracting the file from the email it arrived
in. You might try using a different program (Irfanview?) to convert to
a different format or something (yes, I'm definitely guessing here).
