Photo download page generator

Hi, wondering if people know of a HTML tool for picture downloads....

One that automatically generates a web page over a directory of JPG
files, generating a low-res image that links to the hi-res image. I.e.
as long as the viewer could easily "save target as", don't need
anything fancier.
