photo album in PowerPoint 2003 crashes

Photo album crashes in PowerPoint 2003 everytime I try and use it, any
ideals. Laptop is winbook J4 with all the bells. Note it use to work but
just started crashing lately, has not added new software. Have reinstalled
PowerPoint a number of times.
 
Why did you re-install PowerPoint? When it "crashes", what message do you
get? What happens? Does the program shut down, or freeze, or offer the
opportunity to send a report to Microsoft?
