For the past dew weeks I have been receiving "Critical
patch updates" from so-called Microsoft Corp. These
messages look like official MS mail but out of about 20
that I've received each comes from a different email
address. Each e-mail also have an attachment that they
want you to "install" - an .exe file. So far I've deleted
them but they keep coming. Does MS have any idea about
htese and can anything be done to stop them?

Also, I get these messages that are supposedly bounced
back as "undeliverable" but they are actually infected
email messages. I get these no less than once ever two
days. How can I stop it all?

Stop using your email.

If you want to lessen it, don't post your real email address here.
Get spam-buster apps installed (I like SpamBayes) and configured.
