Phones in WinXP

I am looking at some new phones for use on machines running XP which need to
sync with Outlook under a standard user account with the least amount of
fuss.

Does any feedback on what is good to use ?

My wife recently purchased a Nokia 6230i which came with a suite of
software and a USB cable. I installed it as Administrator and much to my
surprise it ran fine for her as a Limited user. Syncs with Outlook 2003.
