Phone Memo in Outlook?

In Lotus Notes we had an icon put in where you can click on it and it would
bring a "Phone Memo" form that we could fill out and send as an email.
Is there such thing in Outlook 2003? Is there a way to have a form like that
and make it "e-mailable"? If so, how?
Thanks in advance!

The form you are looking for is the "While You Were Out" form. You can find
it on Microsoft downloads.

Milly,

Thank you for your reply. I have found that form in MS Downloads but it is a
MS Word template. Is the only way to do this would be to bring it up in Word,
fill it out and then send it thru Word?
Thanks again!

are you sure that is the right form? The correct one is linked at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mssampleapps.htm, along with a second WYWO
form.

if you need help publishing it, see

you can create hyperlinked toolbar buttons. view, toolbar, customize and
right click on a button top access the menu.

You can create custom forms and templates and they are mailable. if you want
a While You Were Out type form, there are two linked at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mssampleapps.htm along with other forms.
