I got a new webcam for Christmas and I installed it on my laptop, but before
I could finish my niece showed me here new trick, sliding down the stairs on
her stomach, obviously I wanted to record it so I skipped the end of the
installation where it asks you to reboot your computer but I clicked the
"reboot later" button, I did not think it would do anything. I noticed a
problem when I started to record, it wouldn’t record I just came up with the
message "cannot start graph", the graph is what it calls the screen/image. So
I missed my niece, but even once I had restarted my computer it still came up
with the same error message. I re-installed it and still the same message and
the Philips website and support centre are no help at all, they sent me an
e-mail with a step by step guide to fix most problems but it asks me to
remove all media programs, which I don’t want to do. It works on my other
computer, any help would be much appreciated.
