I got a new webcam for Christmas and I installed it on my laptop, but before
I could finish my niece showed me here new trick, sliding down the stairs on
her stomach, obviously I wanted to record it so I skipped the end of the
installation where it asks you to reboot your computer but I clicked the
"reboot later" button, I did not think it would do anything. I noticed a
problem when I started to record, it wouldn’t record I just came up with the
message "cannot start graph", the graph is what it calls the screen/image. So
I missed my niece, but even once I had restarted my computer it still came up
with the same error message. I re-installed it and still the same message and
the Philips website and support centre are no help at all, they sent me an
e-mail with a step by step guide to fix most problems but it asks me to
remove all media programs, which I don’t want to do. It works on my other
computer, any help would be much appreciated.

MS Office Access will do many useful things, but helping you install
Webcam software isn't currently among them. :-( Keeping track of your
videos, however, it might do well, AFTER you've succeeded with the Webcam.

Incidentally, at this time of year, I'd think your niece's best new
trick would be sliding down a snowy hillside on her stomach. I recently
saw a similar video, except that the young lady doing the sliding had
evidently intended to do so with the help of a sled.
