pfirewall.log

I am getting massive activity on my log. I have only recently activated the log and am logging successful connections and dropped packets.
Is this a problem

2004-05-15 10:15:33 DROP ICMP 203.61.8.87 203.45.229.111 - - 28 - - - - 8 0

2004-05-15 10:15:37 OPEN TCP 203.45.229.111 64.4.20.188 3157 443 - - - - - - -

I have run norton's anti virus, Panda ware, Adware and spybot - yet they show no problem
