PFC Media does not open

Hi, I have just downloaded the "free trial version", and went to my
PowerPointProgram(PPT2000), and it's there, but when I click on "insert
media/fromfile or insert from "url" nothing happens, the "help" area does
open, what is the problem?
Hope someone can solve this for me, as I was really hoping this program
would do the trick for me, as far as having it play my media files on other
computers, thanks again.

Have you done this .... (from the pfc media webpage)....

Before installing PFCMedia these supporting Microsoft applications and
services must be installed on your computer.

Windows Media Encoder

DirectX 9

Windows Media Player (Latest version for your Windows version)
