I recently downloaded a trial version from PFC Media that I had requested.
The problem is, now that the trial period has expired I can't get the
slideshow to play the media that I used it for.

I get an "The specified file cannot be played on the specified MCI device"
errorl.

How do I "uninstall" the PFC Media and restore everything back to it's
original condition?

I tried the "restore" function with MS Windows XP, but I doesn't go back far
enough.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

Richard

Try getting in touch with the vendor directly. The issues would get resolved
faster that way.

Has nothing to do with PFCMedia, once the presentation has been made it can
be played on any PC.
