PFBACKUP.EXE

I have installed the Outlook Backup Utility pfbackup.exe
however the BACKUP option does not appear under FILE.
Any sugguestions? I have uninstalled it and reinstalled
it a number of times. I am using Office XP. Thank you
in advance.
 
Uninstall, rename outcmd.dat to outcmd.old and reinstall
