pf.exe-bad image

looking for some help. loaded pacific fighter on windows xp and when i try to
start the game all i keep getting is "the applacation or dll
c:\programfiles\ubisoft\pacific fighters\rts.dll is not a valid windows
image. how can i resolve this?
