PestScan killed internet

Mike

Installed a cookie killer called PestScan. Upon reboot I
got the following message:
"Error Loading C:\PROGA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~.DLL"
Internet doesn't launch now. Neither does Norton, or the
culprit cookie killer, PestScan.
Demand a refund? Unbelieveable. Please help

Windows XP's System Restore feature is just the thing for a situation
like this. Click Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools |
System Restore and tell it to restore your computer to an earlier
time. Pick the time just before the problem occurred.
