How do u move the sent items folder from the personel folders to the
sent items folder under the exchange server. It does not allow me to
drag and drop and it tells me I can't copy it. Is there something
unique that I have to do. Thanks

If your sent mail is showing up in the Sent Items folder in your Personal
Folders, then you have your default delivery set to Personal Folders. If
you edit your profile to change the delivery to Exchange, then your sent
mail will be stored on the Exchange server in a Sent Items folder there.

To move the sent mail to the Exchange server, open your Personal Folders
Sent Items, select all messages, and drag them to the Exchange Sent Items
folder. They'll move. You can't move them by moving the folder itself.
