Hi all,
I work for a large company and need to e-mail 100+ users.
What i would like to do is create an e-mail template with a statement to
each user saying this is your new PC number.
Therefore, the e-mail would read something like:
Dear <UserName>
Your PC tagged <ITNumber> has been delivered please reply to this e-mail
stating the PC has arrived in good condition and is ok to use your Password
is <Password>
Regards IT Dept.
I would obviously need a way for the fields marked within brackets in the
mail to populate.
What i would like to do is send that e-mail to 100+ users but not have all
the names visible in the recipient field in order that when a user sees the
e-mail he/she thinks they are the only one getting this e-mail.
How can i achieve this. Step by step instruction would be very much
appreciated as i am not the most prolific with word/Excel or Outlook.
Any help/Assistance greatly appreciated.
