Personal.xls opening on start

Somehow I have accidently caused Excel to open Personal.xls when opening Excel instead of a blank xls. How do I change

While in Personal.xls goto window->hide. Then close excel
and reopen it.

Personal.xls is created to save your personal macros so's they are available
for all open workbooks. It should open in "hidden" mode.

With Personal.xls loaded, hit Window>Hide.

Close Excel and answer "Yes" when asked to save changes to Personal.xls.

Next time you open Excel you should get a Book1.xls and the Personal.xls will
remain hidden but available.
