Personal.xls and Workbook_BeforeClose

I have created the Personal.xls worksheet to run macros everytime a Excel
document is openned.
The problem now is that the Procedure Workbook_BeforeClose don't run when I,
for example, exit Excel by clicking in the "red cross" (Windows XP).
The same happens with the Procedure Workbook_BeforeSave when I order to save.
I don't understand why this happens.
I need to run these Procedures when I close any Excel document or when I
close the Excel application.
