Personal Web Server-Stupid question??

Hiya,
Just a stupid question...I have windows xp professional
version and am going to install IIS on it.Will this
enable me to use component manager on my machine?
I need component manager to install my vb components and
test ASP pages....

Best to discuss this with the developers of the ASP pages you are
testing to ensure the testing you do is valid.
