I am unable to transfer my mail to my Local Mail Folders
anymore.

I get the following Information message:

The "D:\Local Mail\Personal Fodlers(1).pst has reached its
maximum size."

It resides on the Local "D" partition and it shows 1.81 Gb
as its size.

Is there a possibility to change the settings higher,
since that partition has 60 Gb availability?

Thanks

The maximum size for the .pst file is 1.87GB. You will need to export
some items to another .pst file (which you can also have opened in
Outlook). Now is a good time to start reading up on how auto-archiving
works so items get moved into another .pst file when they get too old.
You can set different expiration times when old items get archived by
right-clicking on a folder and modifying its properties. Note that
auto-archiving is a 2-step process: you configure the folder's
auto-archive settings and you must also enable the global auto-archiving
function (i.e., it's like presetting the light switches in your house
but you still need to flip the main breaker to actually turn them all
off and on at the same time). Otherwise, start exporting old items into
another .pst file. Whether archiving or exporting, you can have that
other .pst file opened in Outlook so you can see the messages and search
for them but it is handled as a separate message store. It is also time
to delete all the crap that you've left in your folders, like in the
Sent folder and especially in the Deleted Items folder.

If your Outlook version is 2002 or earlier, you cannot make the PST larger.
Create one or more new PSTs (File>New>Outlook Data File (or Personal Folders
File, depending on version, which you didn't state)) and move some of your
current items to the new PST(s). Alternatively, just make the new PST your
default delivery location and continue using the old one as reference. If
you choose the former route, after moving items, compact the PST to reduce
its size. At 1.81 Gb you're flirting with disaster (if your Outlook is not
OL 2003).
