I have two personal folders set up in Outlook 2002. I have highlighted and
dragged my email to one of these personal folders and they then disappear. I
have two ntlworld email addresses that work fine - the only problem is when I
drag the emails to the personal folder. Please can you tell me how to view
the emails! Thanks!

You cannot drag items to your personal folder. You must manipulate files from
within Outlook. Use File, Open outlook data file on the Outlook menu to view
any pst folder.

Mary, you're out in left field again.

To what folder did you drag them? If you use Advanced Find, can you locate
them?

Brian.
That works! I will copy them over into an archive folder that is not in the
direct root of the personal folder. Thanks so much - I have just regained
several months worth of email!

I am working in Outlook 2007 and had the same problem. I also cannot locate
"Advanced Search" . Any suggestions?
