Try as I might, I CANNOT get this to install - I'm repeatedly informed it's
already installed even though I can find no trace of it (and have deleted
various references from the Registry, as kindly recommended by Brian Tilman).

Does anyone have any ideas at all how to get this working? At the moment I'm
backing up to our server and our system is struggling with this.

Any advice welcome!

Did you also try this?;
The add-in may not be registered correctly. So, try registering the dll with
the following steps.

1. Exit Outlook.
2. On the Start menu click Run
3. In the Open box type the following and click OK.

regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\addins\outbak.dll"

NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll to match the
location on your computer.

4. After running the command line start Outlook.
- The above frm an earlier post -

DL, how can I thank you enough?! Your first suggestion didn't work (as there
was no outbak.dll file to be found for love nor money anywhere on this PC)
but the second method on the support site did.

Your welcome
