Personal Folder content invisible

Sam

I recently created some rules so that the emails in my Inbox are copied
automatically to specific folders depending on the sender. Previously, I
used to drag and drop the emails manually.

Yesterday, I found that one of the folders were empty (when I click the
Folder it displays "There are no items to show in this view"). This Folder
used to have tens of messages I had dragged & dropped, and a few more which
had been automatically directed. Now I can see none of them although the
folder list indicate that there is one "unread" message. Any clue as to
where all the messages have gone or how to recover them?

Thanks

MK

We seem to have very similar problem
One of our user setup rules to automaticlly move coming
messages to his personal folder. However, whenever new
messages came in and move to personal folder, the personal
folder can not be accessed. He had to close Outlook and
reopen it to access the personal folder.
I have not gotten a fix yet.
