Persistent Breakpoint

I set a break in my event routine to watch it. I cleared the break, and saved
the form (A2007). For some reason, it continues to honor the break, even
though it doesn't show the break anymore (the line where it breaks is not
"brown", just yellow.) If I hit F9 while it's broken, the brown highlight
toggles on and off.

What did I do wrong?

I cleared all breakpoints and the behavior stopped. Confusing, but I have a
workaround.

A decompile followed by a compact should fix this.
