I have two sets of users who are trying to use the
delegate feature in Outlook 2002.

The delegate is set up on the persons computer with editor
permissions.

When the other person goes into the other users folder
(inbox) and tries to forward a message from the other
person folder it gives the following error:
You do not have the permission to send the message on
behalf of the specified user.
I have triple checked all settings and they are correct.
I did notice that when the error came up it had the title
of Microsoft Word.
So I disables Word at the default editor in outlook and
tried again. I got the same error message but in the title
bar it said Microsoft Outlook.

I have test the same exact setting on a pair of test
laptops and everything works fine.

I checked the versions for all comptuers who are having
trouble and they are all on Outlook 2002 SP2.
ANY help you can give me would be GREAT!!
