Permissions

I have installed a working Data Base on another Computer, but when the user
attempts to open the Data Base, an error message is recieved
"You do not have the necessary permissions to open this data Base"

Could anyone advise me what the problem could be and a way to overcome this?

Thanks for any help

If you're getting this message then it would appear that user-level security
has been applied to the file. If this is the case then you would need the
custom workgroup file and a valid username and password combination in order
to open it.
