permissions to Outlook folders and subfolders

How to quickly assign access permissions for a folder and its subfolders? I
only can find a way to do it one at a time manually. Is there a way to
add/remove permissons at the root then flow down to its subfolders as an
option, just like assigning permissions to file system?

AFAIK, there is no flow-down of permissions.
