Permissions to a second Calendar

Using Outlook 2003 I've created a second Calendar for one of our end users
which needs to be shared among a group. I've applied owner permissions to
the calendar as well as the mailbox itself. When I open the mailbox on
another machine I'm able to highlight the mailbox but can't see the calendar
underneath. Am I doing something wrong?
