permissions error when running "cscript wmidiag.vbs"

When I run cscript wmidiag.vbs I get the following.
User 'OEM-N3IMQJHUYDI\ADMINSTOR' does not have enough privileges to
run WMIDiag.
you musbt be FULL Administrator of the computer.

Yet i have added the Administrator component, what am i missing?
